    Project and Facilities Coordinator will manage Tiffany store facilities and ensure conformity to company standards. The role will be resposible for maintaining and repairing the physical property and assets. He/she will also be supporting and co-ordinating projects on renovations and new store projects in the market.

    Store Maintenance and Control

     

    • Manage, schedule and coordinate resources in response to internal user requests and projects within our work request system as well as partnering closely with them on cost and schedule details. Implement scheduled periodic maintenance on all critical/major equipment.
    • Trouble shoot daily facilities related problems. Follow up and assist retail store management to resolve, coordinate and review necessary contractor assistance and provide technical assistance as needed.
    • Maintain as-built drawings for existing stores and new projects, as well as updating database of material finishes for all stores.
    • Assist in developing a strategic network of locally based maintenance vendors and contractors to support our property maintenance requirements.
    • Coordinate and review contractor performance within the work request system and provide feedback to the Sales Operations Manager.

    Project Coordination

     

    • Being the project coordinator on all renovations and new stores construction for our market.
    • Where necessary, manage and oversee construction by contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with construction documents, design, schedule, budget and TCO standards, local code, compliance, local safety and health compliance.
    • Update management on renovation and construction progress on a regular basis.
    • Assist management with potential enhancement idea for each project.
    • Track renovation and constructions work schedules. On site inspection to ensure meeting assigned turn-over dates and quality standards
    • Qualify vendor and assist with vendor administration. Develop and implement vendor contacts for local materials and labor in support of all project requirements to reduce overall costs.
    • Review costs and provide feedback for vendor’s quotation. Ensure the company gets the best rates through competitive tendering.
    • Assist in preparation of tender documents for renovation and new projects

    Qualifications 자격요건

     Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements

    • Degree in Architecture, construction, engineering or related fields
    • At least 5 years relevant work experience
    • Effective communication (both written and orally) with employees at all levels and external parties
    • Good understanding of blueprint drawings for Architectural and M.E.P. design and installations.
    • Proficient project management skills
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications, Autocad, Office Projects
    • Has a good understand of store operation systems including I.T, Security, POS, etc.
    • Fluent in English and Korean
