    The Tiffany Trade Sales Manager will effectively lead, develop and support the sales team members of a store to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets. The Tiffany Trade Sales Manager is a dynamic, attentive and inspiring leader who has mastered relationship building with internal and external clients; someone that could be called a mentor, a teammate, a coach, while setting expectations for unsurpassed customer service. The Sales Manager is the sales leader, an individual that locally builds a climate of the Tiffany Experience and client development by maximizing the performance of motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and engaged employees who are sales plan achievers.

    Responsibilities 책임업무

    Sales (Duty Free)

    • Achieve Sales Plan

    • Ensure that stores achieve sales plan and profitability targets

    • Develop action plans with each store to increase sales opportunities, sales growth and conversion rates

    • Review the stock level by each month and manage to keep the appropriate stock level of each duty free store

    • Foster strong relationship with Duty Free Retailors

    • Demonstrate favorable/positive audit control results

    • Utilize various reports to provide sales analysis and develop sales strategies

    Customer Service

    • Support store team with systematic and effective customer service procedures and handle difficult complaint cases which have been escalated from the store level

    Store Opening & Closing

    • Lead and Coordinate the projects with internal and external partners

    People Management

     

    • Hire, train, develop and coach employees to reach maximum potential

    • Conduct frequent visits to stores and spend time with the sales staff to evaluate and rectify needs and issues

    • Ensure that all individuals are provided formal feedback and development opportunities through performance management process

    • Ensure that all policies and procedures are upheld

    • Foster teamwork and motivate staff

     

    Qualifications 자격요건

     

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+years’ experience within sales area
    • Experience as a people manager, managing large teams
    • University degree
    • Good communication skills in English
    • Word and Excel skills
    • Strong interpersonal skill
    • Good analytical, organizational skill
    • Good knowledge in customs regulations is a plus
    •  

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven track record in store operations with operations efficiencies
    • Possess analytical skills, excellent in communication and presentation.
    • Attention to details and set high standards.
    • Coach and develop effective team committed achieving goals, gives timely feedback when necessary.
    • Willing to work under tight schedule, pressure and complex environment
    • A team player who can work independently and proactively in reaching the goals.
