    Operations Manager supports stores operations and lead store operations staff to achieve sales goals, maintain highest level of customer service, enhance customer relationship and ensure flawless operations execution

    Responsibilities 책임업무

    Business Intelligence  

    • Gather and review sales related data for internal reporting to support the Sales Director
    • Collate monthly store/area performance and productivity metrics from stores as needed for reporting
    • Indicate the areas/ opportunities to enhance retail sales, service, operations management and target achievement.

    Store Operations

    • Store operations management support (i.e. internal audit compliance, policies and procedures).
    • New store opening preparation support.
    • Other ops centralized tasks (i.e. retail store tools, packaging, uniform - coordination and management.)
    • Conduct regular visit to stores to evaluate and rectify store operations needs and issues
    • Ensure that all sales operations related policies and procedures are being communicated and followed within the stores

    People Management and Development

    • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching for Operations Professionals in Retail and Trade stores
    • Ensure as a functional manager that each individual receives formal feedback and development opportunities through performance appraisal and discussions

    Cross-functional Collaborations

    • Work with other departments (Internal and Central) to support planning, execution and result tracking for all kinds of actions, projects and initiatives (e.g. Retail Foundation).

    Qualifications 자격요건

       Required Qualifications

    • University Graduate
    • 10+ years management experience within a retailer (luxury retailer experience preferred)
    • Proven experience as a people manager
    • Proficient English skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, outlook and POS


       Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven track record in store operations with operations efficiencies
    • Possess analytical skills, excellent in communication and presentation.
    • Attention to details and set high standards.
    • Coach and develop effective team committed achieving goals, gives timely feedback when necessary.
    • Willing to work under tight schedule, pressure and complex environment
    • A team player who can work independently and proactively in reaching the goals.
