Overview 개요

This position is Sr.Digital Contents Coordinator role, responsible for elevating the level of Digital Contents in Korea.

The role reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities 책임업무

  • Build and execute all-around digital media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification.  
  • Plan and execute digital ad campaign to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales.
  • Plan 360-degree digital communications/campaign and generate contents that are optimized for digital (editorial, pictorial and video).    
  • Update digital editorial calendar on a monthly basis by content selection from global calendar and local PR/MKT initiatives.  
  • Collaborate with online influencers to explore co-op opportunities: content creation, loaning, events, etc.   
  • Operate and manage brand local social media: edit and publish contents, monitor comments, reply to direct messages when required and monitor performances.
  • Capture social data/metrics and come up with a monthly report to share insights and improve continuously by acting on the gained information.  
  • Share the report w/ HQ & regional marketing team: participate in a monthly conference call and provide brief overview.
  • Communicate and coordinate with agencies, media, regional marketing & PR teams, and HQ in regards to editorial calendars, digital campaigns, creatives and assets, and new initiatives.  
  • Manage website: review translation, QA test, content/feature update, etc.  
  • Monitor competitor digital activities and share w/ the team
  • Drive new digital initiatives and keep up w/ the high velocity of change: continuously search and keep up w/ changes of digital platforms (algorithm, paid, targeting, etc.)  

Qualifications 자격요건

  • BA/BS with equivalent working experience

  • Experience creating content for various channels (print and digital)

  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it – candidate with experience as an editor preferred

  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance

  • Experience with MS office and  top social channels (including Facebook and Instagram)

  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results
